Jeff Stewart, CEO and co-founder of Black Creek Precision has been in the defense industry for 10 years. Jeff was previously a Member of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and President & Chief Executive Officer of Europa Securities LLC. Mr. Stewart started his career with Neuberger Berman LLC in 1983 on the floor of the NYSE and continued with Shearson Lehman Brothers in 1986 as a financial consultant. In 1991 Mr. Stewart founded Europa Securities to execute trades on the NYSE on behalf of Europe's major financial institutions. In 1990 Mr.

Stewart also founded Europa Capital Corp to fund small private equity ventures. Black Creek

Precision was one of those investments. Mr. Stewart holds a BA from Lehigh University and an

MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Darin Phipps, President and co-founder of Black Creek Precision has 15 years in the defense industry and 25 years of project and program management experience. Darin has many years' experience in firearms manufacturing and management, and as a weapons designer Darin has received multiple US Patents for his innovations in the firearms industry. Prior to the defense industry Darin was a Program Manager for Washington Mutual, JP Morgan Chase, and Citibank. A certified project manager, Darin has led many multimillion-dollar projects in both the technology and manufacturing fields to successful completion. Darin now brings his talents to Black Creek Precision in service of the diverse needs of our clientele. Darin is a graduate of DeVry University.

Mark Lammers, Director of International Sales, is a retired Law Enforcement Officer from the Columbus Ohio area. Prior to his LE career, Mark studied Natural Resources at The Ohio State University.  Mark has extensive experience in the Firearms industry, including the design and development of patented actions for rifles. In addition to design work, Mark has been active in the metal finishing industry since 2005. As a consultant in the Nitride industry Mark helped introduce nitride to many manufacturers in the firearms industry. Operating his own business, Lammers has supplied many manufacturers in the industry with parts for over 15 years, to include Bolt Carrier Groups, Barrels and many other components. Mark brings to bear an extensive network of contacts to with the ability to sell and locate parts of all kinds for a wide array defense related system

Chad is a former member of US Army Special Forces and a retired law enforcement professional. Following retirement from the military and law enforcement Chad has served as the Director of Operations for an international security consulting company.  During his career he gained experience directing operations and projects in the United States, South America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.  Chad has a bachelors degree from Ohio University and is a graduate of the US Army Special Forces Qualification Course and the US Army’s Sergeant’s Major Academy.
