Licenses and registrations

Black Creek Precision is registered with the United States Department of State as both a Broker and Manufacturer under the  International Traffic in Arms Regulations treaty.

 Black Creek Precision is registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to bid on and receive payment for federal contracts, receive federal funds, apply for grants, and do business with the U.S. federal government.  

Black Creek Precision holds a Type 07 Federal Firearms license to manufacture small arms. We hold several design and utility patents on small arms components.

Black Creek Precision is a Class 3 manufacturer and dealer allowing us to buy, sell and manufacture National Firearms Act (NFA) items such as suppressors or machine guns. 

Coming 2025

Registered Under the Arms Control Export Act of 1976 (AECA) to import ammunition into the United States.
